hi,iwas at motherwell college from 1981-1983 catering department,where i trained the south of england and worked as a chef in a small hotel in surrey,until i got a position onboard the QEII,and completed one world cruise and three,carribean cruises,before leaving to take up a completely different career in the airline industry.
